About the role
This is a remote, project-based role for 3D design professionals with 1�3 years of work experience in Blender. You will complete tasks similar to those performed in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, or visualization roles. Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10�20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Responsibilities
- Document workflows, scene setups, and asset creation pipelines
- Collaborate asynchronously on 3D design and production projects
- Create and deliver 3D assets using Blender and industry-standard tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues, optimization challenges, and technical problems
Required qualifications
- 1�3 years of professional experience in 3D design, modeling, animation, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Blender and one or more of the following: hard surface modeling, organic modeling, texturing/UV mapping, lighting and rendering (Cycles/Eevee), animation, or procedural workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience/portfolio)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical and creative tasks
