Prepare for an expert or AI interview
Show your reasoning, use concrete examples and follow the assessment’s rules.
Start with the role
Map each stated requirement to a real project, responsibility or piece of work. Prepare two or three examples that explain the problem, your contribution, decisions and measurable outcome.
Practise explaining your thinking
For coding or specialist tasks, explain assumptions, trade-offs and how you check an answer. When evaluating AI output, identify a specific error and show the evidence for your correction. A concise, justified answer is more useful than unsupported certainty.
Check your setup and the rules
Test your microphone, camera and connection. Read the time limit and allowed-resource policy. Use AI assistance only when the assessment explicitly allows it; do not use another person’s identity, confidential questions or fabricated experience.
After the interview
Save the role link and application status. Follow the platform’s stated follow-up timeline. Assessments and approval do not guarantee a project or ongoing work.
