Country Lead, Colombia and Brazil
Perle AI is rapidly building the largest AI and robotics data collection operation across Latin America, and we are seeking a highly driven Country Lead to spearhead our expansion in Colombia and Brazil. This pivotal full-time, on-the-ground role requires an individual to take complete ownership of their assigned country, driving both contributor recruitment and business partnerships to fuel the next generation of robotic intelligence. You will be instrumental in scaling our operations from the ground up, transforming leads into active participants and businesses into productive sites.
As Country Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding thousands of individuals to record first-person video, managing their ongoing engagement, and ensuring high-quality data submission. Simultaneously, you will establish and nurture relationships with businesses across various sectors, signing them up and ensuring their workers actively contribute. This role also involves building and leading a high-performing field team of ambassadors and recruiters, setting aggressive targets, and maintaining rigorous quality control to prevent fraud. Your success will directly impact Perle AI's growth and market penetration in these critical regions.
Requirements
- Ground operations building from zero

- Supply-side experience at gig or marketplace platforms (e.g., Uber, DiDi, Rappi, iFood)
- Recruiting and activating drivers, couriers, or merchants at scale
- Maintaining active participant engagement
- Network in service and manufacturing sectors (restaurants, retail, food production, workshops, factories, farms)
- Cold calling and closing business deals
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Native Spanish or Portuguese
- Fluent English
- Proficiency with dashboards and CRM
- WhatsApp group management for operations
- Integrity
- High drive and resilience (willing to run through walls)
