THE OPPORTUNITY
We are conducting a paid study to evaluate general user interactions with standard digital workflows. We need everyday software users to complete a few simple tasks and provide feedback on their experience.
We're running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital interfaces. Our goal is to identify common friction points and understand user preferences during simple online tasks. This research directly informs how we structure future platform developments and interactive features.
During this remote session, you will complete a series of brief activities on your desktop or mobile device. We will ask you to navigate through a standard workflow and describe your thought process aloud. You will answer a few targeted questions about the layout, clarity, and overall ease of use. Finally, you will provide open feedback on what elements worked well and what could be improved.
This opportunity is open to general consumers and everyday software users who are comfortable sharing their opinions. We welcome individuals from all professional backgrounds who regularly use digital platforms. No specialized technical expertise is required to participate in this usability test.
