SCAN Health is seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-impact Sales CRM transformation, migrating from Agent Cubed (A3) to Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to simplify and improve workflows.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Facilitate discussions between business and delivery teams to ensure alignment on scope and expected outcomes.
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, keeping business value and user outcomes at the center of all requirements.
- Support an Agile delivery team throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience in Agile environments.
- Experience with CRM implementations or transformation programs; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce preferred.
- Strong skills in requirements discovery, process analysis, user story creation, and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge existing processes constructively.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, call center, or sales operations is a plus.
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM PT, with flexibility for occasional extra hours.
