Manager, Influencer & Creator Ads

Etsy is seeking a Manager, Influencer & Creator Ads to join our Advertising Creative Studio!

In this role, you'll source and produce engaging creator content that fuels Etsy's full-funnel paid social programs at scale. You'll help build a robust, diversified library of creator content by tapping into multiple sources: platform-native solutions like TikTok Content Suite, Meta Creator Marketplace, and YouTube, alongside our in-house Creator Collective and direct creator partnerships. You'll translate Etsy's full-funnel creative strategy across creator content, tailoring approach and execution to the goal at hand -- from awareness to consideration to conversion.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Advertising Creative, you'll help scale our Creator Ads pipeline across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms, ensuring we have the right mix of talent and content to meet the pace and volume of our paid program.

You'll work closely with our Ad Creative, Creator Collective, Paid Media, and Brand Strategy teams, as well as platform partners, to take an insights-informed approach to creator content that performs.

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Source engaging creator content at scale to feed Etsy's full-funnel paid social programs, working across our in-house creator network, platform tools (TikTok Content Suite, Meta Creator Marketplace, YouTube Open Call), and external creator partnerships
• Identify, pitch and recruit a diverse mix of external creators across platforms, managing outreach, creative feedback, negotiations, and production timelines in collaboration with our Influencer, Creator Collective, and Affiliate teams
• Leverage platform-native creator tools and marketplaces to unlock volume, speed, and diversity of content, staying current on new platform capabilities as they launch
• Build clear, actionable briefs for external talent that carry Etsy's brand messages through the creator's authentic voice, tuned to the funnel goal
• Source, track, and vet Etsy merchandise for integration in creator content
• Manage creative reviews to ensure content adheres to Etsy's brand guidelines and voice
• Manage creator budgets, payments, usage rights, and contracts, identifying efficiencies across Etsy's paid and organic channels
• Curate UGC from Etsy's seller and buyer communities and identify opportunities to optimize it for paid use
• Track performance of creator and UGC content by funnel stage and apply learnings to ongoing sourcing and creative strategy
• Oversee other team members sourcing content at scale to ensure it aligns to goals and is delivered on time

About You

Details/Notes

• 4+ years of experience in social and creator marketing, preferably at a large retail, lifestyle brand or agency, with recent experience sourcing creator content for paid ads
• Hands-on experience with platform-native creator tools, including TikTok Content Suite, Meta Creator Marketplace, YouTube, and other platform solutions
• Experience translating brand and performance creative strategies into content that works across the full funnel — from awareness through conversion
• Experience briefing and managing creator relationships, usage rights and contracts at scale
• Deep knowledge of the social media landscape: you're immersed in social trends with a pulse on cultural conversations
• Strong understanding of how creative strategies and user experiences differ across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
• A keen eye for storytelling and content development that resonates with consumers, plus a discerning eye for what makes video content perform on social
• Exceptional project management and organization, with the ability to juggle multiple sourcing streams simultaneously across channels and campaigns under tight deadlines
