About the Role
We are building a healthcare-focused AI platform that automates patient engagement through conversational workflows (SMS and voice). At the core is an LLM-powered chatbot that operates as a multi-phase system combining structured data extraction, reasoning, message generation, and system-triggered actions.
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and scale these conversational agents in production.

● Strong experience needed in: Node.js, Express, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis
● Familiarity with these is ideal: Prisma (or other ORM experience), tRPC, HIPAA
