<p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring licensed real estate brokers as contractors to author and grade the transaction scenarios those evaluations run on.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p>

<ul><li>Author realistic real estate transaction scenarios, from listing and offers through inspection, financing, and closing</li><li>Write reference answers with the contractual and market reasoning behind each decision</li><li>Grade model output for accuracy and compliance with agency and disclosure rules</li><li>Flag advice that reads plausible but breaches agency or disclosure obligations</li></ul>

<p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p>

<ul><li>Brokers with an active license in at least one US state</li><li>Practitioners with at least 2 years of residential or commercial transaction experience</li><li>Brokers with depth in contracts, disclosures, agency obligations, and negotiation</li><li>Clear writers who can document the reasoning behind a transaction decision</li></ul>

<p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p>

<ul><li><strong>$80 to $120/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.</li></ul>

Required qualifications

• Active real estate broker license in at least one US state
• 2+ years of residential or commercial transaction experience
• Depth in contracts, disclosures, agency obligations, and negotiation
• Clear written English for documenting transaction reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

• Managing broker or brokerage ownership experience
• Both residential and commercial transaction experience
• Licenses or practice experience in more than one state
