About the role

<p>Licensed psychologists to review how AI models handle clinical psychology scenarios, and help write realistic cases.</p><p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve how their models handle mental health. We're bringing on licensed psychologists for a 3 week review project starting this month.</p><p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p><ul><li>Review how AI models respond to clinical psychology scenarios, and judge whether they got the clinical reasoning, ethics and risk handling right</li><li>Explain clearly where a response goes wrong and what a licensed clinician would do instead</li><li>For some contributors, help write realistic clinical vignettes and reference responses</li></ul><p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p><ul><li>PhD or PsyD in psychology from a US institution</li><li>Active, unencumbered US psychology license, currently practicing in the US</li><li>Clinical, counseling, health or neuropsychology background. No minimum years required</li><li>You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another psychologist to follow it</li></ul><p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p><ul><li><strong>$90/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe</li><li>Remote and fully async. Required qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from a US institution
• Active, unencumbered US psychology license
• Currently practicing in the US
• Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with risk assessment, safety planning or crisis work
• Experience writing clinical documentation, supervision notes or teaching material
• Interest in how AI handles mental health conversations
