<p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring licensed physical therapists as contractors to author and grade the rehabilitation scenarios those evaluations run on.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p>

<ul><li>Author realistic rehab scenarios from evaluation through progression and discharge</li><li>Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each progression decision</li><li>Grade model output for safety, contraindications, and evidence based practice</li><li>Flag exercise advice that reads well but would harm a real patient</li></ul>

<p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p>

<ul><li>DPT or equivalent with an active, unencumbered US PT license</li><li>2+ years of clinical practice</li><li>Depth in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehab</li><li>You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another PT to follow it</li></ul>

<p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p>

<ul><li><strong>$70 to $105/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.</li></ul>

Required qualifications

• DPT or equivalent PT degree with an active, unencumbered US PT license
• 2+ years of clinical practice
• Depth in orthopedic, neurologic, or acute care rehabilitation
• Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

• Board specialty certification (OCS, NCS, SCS)
• Sports, vestibular, or pelvic health specialization
• Residency or fellowship training, or clinical instruction experience
