<p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring licensed dentists as contractors to author and grade the clinical dentistry scenarios those evaluations run on.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p>

<ul><li>Author realistic case scenarios with radiographic findings and treatment plans</li><li>Write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each treatment decision</li><li>Grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and standard of care</li><li>Flag unsafe, out of scope, or fabricated clinical guidance and say precisely why</li></ul>

<p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p>

<ul><li>DDS or DMD with an active, unencumbered US dental license</li><li>2+ years of clinical practice</li><li>Breadth across restorative, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning</li><li>You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another dentist to follow it</li></ul>

<p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p>

<ul><li><strong>$100 to $155/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.</li></ul>

Required qualifications

• DDS or DMD with an active, unencumbered US dental license
• 2+ years of clinical practice
• Breadth across restorative, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning
• Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

• Specialty training (endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics)
• Faculty appointment or continuing education teaching
• Radiographic interpretation depth and practice ownership experience
