<p>AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring BI and data visualization experts as contractors to author and grade the dashboard and reporting scenarios those evaluations run on.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll actually do</strong></p>

<ul><li>Author realistic BI scenarios, from data model through dashboard build and rollout</li><li>Write reference answers with the visualization and metric reasoning behind each decision</li><li>Grade model output for analytical accuracy and chart integrity</li><li>Flag dashboards that read polished but mislead the reader</li></ul>

<p><strong>Who this is for</strong></p>

<ul><li>Analysts with at least 2 years of professional BI or analytics experience</li><li>Practitioners with hands on depth in at least one tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker</li><li>Builders with strong SQL for validating the data behind their dashboards</li><li>Clear writers who can document the reasoning behind an analytical decision</li></ul>

<p><strong>Contract and pay</strong></p>

<ul><li><strong>$50 to $90/hr</strong>, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.</li><li>Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.</li><li>Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.</li><li>No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.</li><li>Independent contractor. Ongoing project work rather than single task batches.</li></ul>

Responsibilities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of professional BI or analytics experience
• Hands on depth in at least one tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong SQL for building and validating the data behind dashboards
• Clear written English for documenting analytical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Microsoft PL-300
• Semantic layer or data modeling experience such as LookML or dbt
• Executive or stakeholder facing reporting experience
