Getting started
Starting with no AI work experience
You do not need to have trained a model before. You need care, clear writing and, for better-paid work, real expertise.
Start where the bar is lower
General annotation, data collection and paid studies usually need no prior experience. They pay less, but they teach you how guidelines and quality checks work.
Use what you already know
If you studied or worked in a field (teaching, nursing, accounting, law, engineering, a language), look for expert roles in that field. Your background matters more than knowing how AI works.
Write well in the task language
Almost every role involves short written explanations. Clear, specific sentences without filler are the single most useful skill to practise.
Build a simple profile
Upload your resume on the resume match page to see which roles fit. It is saved to your account, so it is ready next time.
